$10 flat-fee per delivery within Downtown/Uptown Dallas (any within in Northwest Highway/Loop12)
$10-$15 flat fee to all other Dallas deliveries, which includes Addison, North Dallas, Plano, Far East Dallas and Lakewood.
$12-$20 flat delivery fee for most deliveries to Arlington, Southlake, and Fort Worth.
Delivery quoted at time of confirmation for all additional areas, including Frisco, Allen, Irving/Las Collinas, South Dallas, and Denton County.
Additional delivery fees may apply outside of delivery zone.

Policies:
Minimum order $20. Gift messages are included in pricing. Please add $1 for personalized company .jpeg labels. Your message will be printed on cardstock and will be presented at time of delivery.
All orders must be placed by 3pm for delivery on the following day. Need your delivery at a specific time? Please make sure to let us know.
You will receive an email including a receipt and order confirmation at the time of order. All orders are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
Please allow for a 2-hour delivery window per order. EX: if you need your order to arrive by 1pm, please place order for delivery in our 11am-1pm slot.
Once delivery has been fulfilled, you will immediately receive an email notification that your goodies have arrived.
For office deliveries, we will deliver to your requested recipient, however if the contact is unavailable, we will leave with the front desk attendant. Orders will NEVER be left at an unattended desk or work station.
For home deliveries, we will place a confirmation call in order to ensure they will be home at time of delivery. We will make several attempts to reach the recipient, however we will not deliver home orders we cannot confirm.
Orders that are confirmed, but do not respond once the delivery has arrived, will be left at the door. If the package is being delivered to an apartment complex or a resident building, we will leave the package at the office or front desk, should your party fail to respond to our delivery attempts following confirmation.
We cannot be held responsible for any items left at a door or front office/desk once delivery has been confirmed.
Our delivery service is extremely reliable, however we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Please specify the time you desire and we will do whatever it takes to get the order to it's destination on time. Our service must account for traffic, weather and road conditions at the time of delivery.
10% delivery charge on orders of ten dozen. When placing orders of ten dozen or more to separate locations, 10% delivery charge does not apply.
We are committed to absolute customer satisfaction. While we make every attempt to confirm your order, we cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses. Please make certain all recipient information is correct including street number, spelling, suite number, etc.
